DHL delivers Monday through Saturday and lets you know in which of the four time slots we'll be knocking at your door. We deliver from Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The precise delivery times may differ and depend on the size of the parcel and the delivery address. Time slot definition: 1. A time when something can happen or is planned to happen, especially when it is one of several.

You will receive an email from UK Mail on the morning of your delivery day (Mon-Fri) stating your 1 hour delivery window.

3. Click on your recent order
4. If your order has been dispatched by UK Mail, you will see a “Track my order” link and your tracking number. Track your order on UK Mail's website to find out your 1 hour time slot.
